Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

Lickles is an online and offline food-joint brand operated by Flave on Fire Catering Services, the main catering business behind the service. Questions or privacy requests may be made through the current channels on our Contact Us page.

2. Information we collect

Contact and account information

Your name, phone number, optional email address and account details when you create or use an account.

Order and fulfilment information

Items, customisations, quantities, prices, delivery or collection choice, delivery address, landmarks, rider or collector details, scheduled times, special instructions, order status and feedback.

Payment and referral information

Payment status, the order reference used for Mobile Money verification, and any promotion or referral code submitted. Lickles does not ask you to enter a payment-card number on this website.

Cookies and session data

Session cookies and similar browser storage are used to keep your cart, preorder time, login state and referral context working as you move through the site.

3. How we use information

  • Process, price, prepare, deliver and track orders.
  • Contact you about payment, fulfilment, changes or support.
  • Prepare and respond to corporate, group and event quote requests.
  • Maintain food-safety instructions, customer service records and operational accountability.
  • Apply eligible promotions and referral attribution.
  • Protect the website, prevent misuse and troubleshoot service problems.
  • Produce business records and aggregated operational reporting.

4. When information is shared

Information is available only where needed to operate the service—for example, authorised Lickles staff handling payment, kitchen preparation, customer support or fulfilment. Delivery information may be used to coordinate the delivery method you selected.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect customers or the service, or in connection with professional advisers supporting legitimate business operations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and security

We keep order and business records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, dispute handling, food-safety accountability and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention may differ by record type.

We use access controls, authenticated staff areas and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security; contact us promptly if you believe your information or account has been misused.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact information, explain how your information is used, or consider a request to access or delete information. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

You can manage optional marketing choices separately from operational messages needed to complete an order.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to WhatsApp, social platforms, maps, delivery providers or other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information directly to them.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our services or legal responsibilities change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
